How the process works
- Sessions are usually conducted by phone or video conference and the cadence based upon what supports each client.
- We begin by clarifying goals, then look at where you are now and what is required to reach your goals. Moving forward, we define your strengths and barriers while developing strategies, skills, and practices to realize your desired outcome.
- You’ll have actions to take between sessions for experiential learning. Being open to stepping out of your comfort zone will make our work together its most effective.
